Theres also a cement walking/jogging trail on one side. Its almost 3000 sq ft total, so the bedroom is big, fully furnished w/a full private bath, walk-in closet, mini fridge & microwave in the room. My house is kept clean & has a very laid back & comfortable atmosphere. I only choose good, down-to-earth & easy-going professional people.. it is very relaxed surroundings but we must be respectful of each others privacy. No lease is required altho I may ask for a couple of references.
